DSO Coaching Session - "Jeff"
This is an actual one-on-one coaching session with Jeff, a reader of The Dead Bedroom Fix. His story is, in a way, not typical of my readers... but at the same time a story that I have heard a million times (NOTE: Yes, this audio was posted with the client's permission).
Jeff married the wrong woman. The argument could be made that he never had the tools necessary to properly navigate the marriage waters. Early on in the relationship, the bedroom died and Jeff took his frustrations out on a one night stand. Years later, after kids and lots of stress took over, the same coping mechanism came back. Jeff had a long term affair. Needless to say, that didn't end well.
